2. Appointment Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may incur a service charge.


3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit card, and other methods as agreed.
  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees.


4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Keep pets secured during service visits
  • Notify us of any hazards or conditions that may affect service delivery


5. Service Limitations

  • We are not responsible for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions or equipment failures outside the scope of our services.
  • Weather and safety conditions may affect service schedules. We will reschedule as needed for safety reasons.


6. Liability Disclaimer
Crystal Clear Pool & Spa is not liable for:

  • Damages due to misuse or neglect of pool/spa equipment
  • Incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from service interruptions or scheduling changes
